Mix chicken wings and hot sauce. Bake at 350.

Honey mustard
Preheat oven to 350. Coat bacon thoroughly. Cut bacon slices into thirds and place on broiler pan. Bake on upper third of oven for 20 minutes. Finish browning under broiler. Serve warm.

1/4 cup packed brown sugar 1/4-cup sugar
1 TBS flour 1 tsp. lime juice
1/4 tsp. cinnamon 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
6 red delicious apples 1 frozen pie crust
Preheat oven to 425. Spray a 9-inch pie plate with no stick spray. In a large bowl, combine brown sugar, sugar, flour lime juice, cinnamon & nutmeg. Add apples, stir well. Place pie crust in plate and pour mixture in. Top with second crust, brush with milk and sugar and bake aprox. 35 - 40 minutes. Serve warm.

Chicken breast thinly sliced Flour tortillas
Melted butter 1/2 package of cream cheese
Jalapenos Garlic powder
Onion powder Cilantro
Cumin Paprika
Chili powder Cheddar cheese
Colby Jack cheese
Preheat oven to 450. In 1 bowl combine cream cheese, diced jalapenos, salt, garlic, onion, cumin, paprika and chili powders. Cut chicken breast into small thin cutlets. Fry in pan with butter and spices. Cut into julienne strips. Spray baking sheet with cooking spray. Butter bottom side of tortilla, place on sheet. Layer cream cheese first, chicken, cheddar cheese, Colby jack, then mango salsa. Top with another tortilla, pressing firmly. Brush with butter, cook for 10 min. Cut into wedges and serve with remaining salsa.
MANGO SALSA:
Dice 1 ripe mango
Mix with: 2 TBS lime juice
Cilantro
1 clove crushed garlic
Salt
The People vs. Larry Flint “Larry Flint’s Spicy Cheese balls”
8 oz Cream Cheese
4 oz Sharp Cheddar Cheese
4 oz Monterey Jack Cheese
2 oz Colby Cheese
Combine in a food processor and blend until smooth. Scrape out into a mixing bowl. Add: a couple shots of Chinese Chili sauce or Tabasco sauce Garlic powder, Onion powder, Seasoned Salt, and Paprika to taste. Mix well and roll into a ball, wrap with saran wrap and refrigerate overnight. To serve unwrap cheese and roll in either parsley flakes, or fresh minced green herbs, or chopped spicy nuts.
